This demo walks you through how to integrate a webhook with Dialogflow CX by navigating the Manage panel and configuring a new webhook connection. Connecting a webhook to your Dialogflow CX agent enables real-time communication between your conversational AI flows and external services.
Steps
- On the main dashboard of Dialogflow CX, go to the left-side panel and click the Manage tab.
- Choose Webhooks from the list of options.
- Click Create New to start setting up a new webhook.
- Find the Disabled option, then switch on the toggle button beside it to enable the webhook.
- Fill out the input fields with the required information related to the integration.
- Click Save to enable the integration between your Dialogflow CX account and the webhook.
