The Figma for Jira integration lets teams link design files directly to Jira issues by installing the Figma for Jira app from the Atlassian Marketplace and authenticating with a Figma account. Once connected via your Figma Team URL, designers and developers can view up-to-date designs without leaving Jira.
Steps
- Go to the top navigation bar and click Apps.
- Choose Explore More Apps from the list of available options.
- Search for Figma and select Figma For Jira from the results.
- Click Get App in the top-right corner to proceed.
- Click Get It Now to confirm the installation.
- Click Configure to begin setting up the integration.
- Tap Continue and log into your active Figma account.
- Tap Allow Access to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Enter your Figma Team URL into the input field and click Connect to activate the Figma and Jira integration.
