The DocuSign HubSpot integration lets you install and configure DocuSign directly from the HubSpot App Marketplace, enabling secure eSignature workflows without leaving your CRM. Once connected, you can manage HMAC security keys and control DocuSign settings from HubSpot's Connected Apps panel.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for "DocuSign" in the marketplace search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- Log in to your DocuSign account when prompted during the OAuth flow.
- Click Allow Access to grant HubSpot the required permissions to your DocuSign account.
- Go to the Connected Apps page within HubSpot's integration settings.
- Click the action button on the DocuSign tile and select Go to settings.
- Click the Actions button again and open HMAC security key settings.
- Enter your HMAC key in the pop-up window and click Save changes to complete the setup. You can find your HMAC key in your DocuSign Admin Dashboard.
