This tutorial shows how to install the Freshsales Suite integration from the HubSpot App Marketplace and authenticate it using your Freshsales API key and domain. Once connected, contact and CRM data can sync seamlessly between both platforms.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace by clicking the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for "Freshsales Suite" in the marketplace search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- When the connection pop-up appears, click the Next button to proceed.
- In your Freshsales account, click the gear icon in the left sidebar to open settings.
- Select Apps and Integrations from the settings menu.
- Click on API Settings to access your API credentials.
- Copy the API key displayed on the API Settings page.
- Copy the Domain from the URL bar of your Freshsales account.
- Return to HubSpot and paste the API key and domain into the connection form, then click Connect to Freshsales Suite.
- Your Freshsales account is now successfully connected to HubSpot.
