How to Integrate HubSpot With Salesforce

Steps

  1. Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top right of HubSpot.
  2. Search for "Salesforce" in the search bar and select it from the results.
  3. Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
  4. Click the Log in to Salesforce button in the bottom right to authenticate.
  5. Log in to your Salesforce account when prompted on the Salesforce login screen.
  6. Click Allow to grant the required access permissions to HubSpot.
  7. Back in HubSpot, click the hyperlink to Start the Salesforce package installation.
  8. Select the Access level for your organisation and click Install.
  9. Approve third-party access levels and click Continue to proceed.
  10. Once you see the Installation Complete message, click Done.
  11. Return to HubSpot and move to the Configure stage to set up optional HubSpot-in-Salesforce visibility, or skip this step.
  12. Finish setup and activate your Sync to complete the HubSpot Salesforce connection.
