Integrating Intercom with WhatsApp lets support teams receive and respond to WhatsApp messages directly inside the Intercom inbox. The setup takes just a few clicks by connecting your WhatsApp Business number through Intercom's Channels settings via Facebook authentication.
Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel and click Settings.
- Choose Channels from the list of options.
- Tap WhatsApp to proceed.
- Click Connect WhatsApp Business Number and log in to the Facebook account linked to your WhatsApp account.
- Tap Get Started to continue.
- Tap Continue to accept the terms and enable the integration between the two platforms.
