How to Integrate Intercom with Zendesk

Steps

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click Settings.
  2. Select Integrations from the list of options.
  3. Tap App Store to proceed to the integrations marketplace.
  4. Search for Zendesk and select the Zendesk Support app you want to integrate.
  5. Click Install Now to begin the installation process.
  6. Click Authorize Access to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  7. Tap Go To Settings to proceed and connect your accounts.
  8. Enter your Zendesk email address, API Token, and app name into their respective fields, then click Connect.
  9. Your Intercom account is now integrated with Zendesk and available in your conversation details.
