Steps

  1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
  2. Click on the Trigger field to select the trigger event for your Zap.
  3. Select HubSpot as the trigger app.
  4. Choose a specific trigger event from the available HubSpot options.
  5. Connect your HubSpot account to authorize Zapier access.
  6. Configure trigger filters and click Continue to proceed.
  7. Click the Test trigger button to confirm data is being pulled correctly from HubSpot.
  8. Wait for the record to load, then click Continue with selected record.
  9. In the Action step, choose Monday.com as the action app.
  10. Select an action event to define what happens in Monday.com.
  11. Connect your Monday.com account using the access token from your Monday.com account settings.
  12. Configure the action fields and click Continue.
  13. Click Test step to verify that data flows correctly between HubSpot and Monday.com.
  14. Click Publish to turn on the Zap and start the automation.
