  5. Click 'Sign in' to begin authenticating your Notion account.
  6. Click 'Select pages' to choose which Notion pages to share with Zapier.
  7. Check the box of your desired Notion page to grant access.
  8. Select 'Allow Access' to authorize the Zapier integration.

  13. Your Notion and Zapier integration is now complete, enabling you to automate and streamline workflows efficiently.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating Notion with Zapier lets teams automate repetitive tasks by triggering workflows directly from Notion database changes — eliminating manual data entry across tools. This Notion–Zapier connection is essential for productivity teams that rely on Notion as a central workspace and want to sync data with apps like Slack, Gmail, or Google Sheets without writing code. Setting up a Notion Zap takes only minutes and unlocks hundreds of pre-built automation templates that keep projects, tasks, and records updated in real time. For knowledge workers and operations teams, this integration reduces context-switching and ensures critical information flows automatically between the tools they use every day.
