This guide walks you through installing PagerDuty for Jira Cloud directly from the Jira Marketplace and completing the connection setup using a generated Connection Code. Once configured, PagerDuty incidents and Jira issues stay in sync for faster incident response.
Steps
- Navigate to the top menu bar and click Apps.
- Select Explore More Apps from the dropdown list.
- Search for PagerDuty and select PagerDuty For Jira Cloud from the results.
- Click Get App in the top-right corner of the listing page.
- Click Get It Now to confirm and begin the installation.
- Click Configure to open the integration settings.
- Copy the provided Connection Code and enter it into PagerDuty's setup page to complete the integration.
