Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.
  2. Click "Trigger" to begin configuring the trigger step.
  3. Search for "Pipedrive" and select it as the Trigger App.
  4. Choose a trigger event to define what action in Pipedrive starts the Zap.
  5. Sign in to your Pipedrive account and click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
  6. Click "Test trigger" to verify Zapier can pull data from Pipedrive.
  7. Click "Continue with selected record" to confirm the sample data and proceed.
  8. Search for and select "Xero" as the action app — note that Xero is a Pro app and may require a paid Zapier plan.
  9. Choose an event under Xero to define what action gets performed in your accounting software.
  10. Log in to your Xero account and click "Allow access" to authorize the integration.
  11. After signing in, click "Continue" to proceed to field mapping.
  12. Complete and customize the required fields for the Xero action, then click "Continue."
  13. Click "Test step" to confirm the Xero action works correctly with the Pipedrive data.
  14. Click "Publish" to activate the integration and go live.
