Steps

  1. Navigate to the top navigation bar in Jira and click Apps.
  2. Select Explore More Apps from the dropdown options.
  3. Search for ServiceNow and choose ServiceNow Connector for Jira from the results.
  4. Click Try It Free at the top-right corner of the app listing page.
  5. Click Start Free Trial to begin the installation.
  6. Return to the top menu bar and click Apps to begin configuring the integration.
  7. Select Jira - ServiceNow Connector from the Apps menu.
  8. Click Configurations at the top-right corner of the connector page.
  9. Open the Connection Type menu inside the Connection Form panel and select Basic.
  10. Fill out the required fields in the connection form and click Save Connection to activate the ServiceNow and Jira integration.
