Steps
- In your OnceHub account, navigate to your settings by clicking the gear icon.
- Select Zapier from the integrations list.
- Under Popular Zaps, click OnceHub + Slack to begin setting up the automation.
- Click Sign in to connect your accounts to Zapier.
- Log in and authorize Zapier to access your OnceHub account.
- Click Test trigger so Zapier pulls sample data from OnceHub to confirm the setup is correct.
- Log in and authorize Zapier to access your Slack account.
- Choose the Slack channel where you want booking notifications sent, or select a direct message to specific users.
- Make a test booking in OnceHub and click Test step to verify that Slack notifications are sent correctly.
- Give your Zap a name to identify it in your Zapier dashboard.
- Click Publish to turn on your Zap and activate the integration.
