The Productboard–Slack integration lets product teams receive real-time notifications about product changes and customer insights directly in Slack channels or direct messages. Setting it up takes just a few steps inside Slack's App Directory and the Productboard Integrations settings.
Steps
- Click the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar of Slack.
- In the search bar, type 'Productboard' and select the Productboard app from the results.
- Click the 'Add to Slack' button on the Productboard app listing page.
- You will be directed to your Productboard dashboard. Under 'Integrations', click 'Slack'.
- Select 'Add integration' to begin the setup process.
- Click 'Set up integration' to proceed to the authorization screen.
- Select 'Allow' to grant Productboard access to your Slack workspace.
- The integration is now active, enabling real-time notifications, efficient collaboration, and quick product updates directly within Slack.
