Steps

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel in Zapier and click Create.
  2. Choose Zaps from the list of options.
  3. Click Trigger to begin the integration setup process.
  4. Find and select Zoho CRM from the available integration options.
  5. Choose your preferred Trigger Event from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Sign In and log into your Zoho CRM account.
  7. Specify your Zoho domain and click Yes, Continue to Zoho CRM.
  8. Click Accept to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
  9. Click Test Trigger to validate your Zoho CRM inputs.
  10. Tap Continue to proceed to the Action step.
  11. Search for and select ActiveCampaign as the Action app.
  12. Open the drop-down menu and select your preferred Action Event.
  13. Click Sign In to connect your ActiveCampaign account.
  14. Enter your ActiveCampaign API credentials and click Yes, Continue to ActiveCampaign.
  15. Fill out all required input fields with the necessary information.
  16. Click Continue to publish and activate the integration.
  17. Your Zoho CRM account is now fully integrated with ActiveCampaign.
