- Click Slide on the top menu, then select Edit theme to access the master slides.
- On the Theme Builder, select the Master slide (the first slide).
- Click Insert, then select Text box to add a textbox to your master slide.
- Choose the spot on your slide where you want the textbox, then enter your text.
- Click any slide in the left sidebar to exit the Theme Builder and return to your presentation.
- Your slide will now display text that is locked and cannot be edited or moved.
