Steps
- Scroll down to your Upwork dashboard to get started.

- Click 'Download' to begin downloading the Upwork Time Tracker installer.
- Wait for the installer file to finish downloading to your device.
- Open the installer and fill in your login details to sign in to the Upwork tracker.
- Select 'Agree' to accept the terms and proceed through the setup process.
- Select the hourly contract you want to log time for from your active contracts list.
- Toggle on the button to start logging time against the selected contract.
- The app will take periodic screenshots to document your work and track activity. Toggle off the green button when taking breaks or finishing work.
