Pipedrive lets you make calls directly from the Leads inbox without switching tools, keeping your sales workflow in one place. You can dial a contact by clicking their phone number or using the quick-call icon, then choose your preferred calling method before starting the call.
Steps
- Navigate to the Leads section from the left sidebar menu to find your contacts quickly.
- Click on a lead to open and view its details.
- Under Person, click on the phone number associated with the lead to initiate a call.
- Alternatively, hover over the lead and click the call icon to dial using the last calling method used.
- Click the down arrow button to open the calling options and select a different calling method.
- Configure your call settings and click Start call to begin the conversation.
