Quick summary
Merging lists in Klaviyo lets you consolidate multiple contact lists into a single destination list without losing subscriber data. This process is managed through the Lists & Segments section under the Audience panel in the Klaviyo dashboard.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel and click Audience.
- Select Lists & Segments from the list of options.
- Find the list you wish to merge and click the More Options button next to it.
- Tap Merge List to proceed.
- Confirm your preferred source list and destination list, then configure their respective menus.
- Specify whether you want to delete the source list after merging by selecting the appropriate radio button.
- Click Merge to apply the changes.
- Once complete, the selected Klaviyo lists will be merged based on your input.
