Insightly's Contacts section lets you organize customer data into custom List Views, so your team can quickly segment and access the right business relationships. Steps
- Navigate to the Contacts section to manage your business relationships.
- Open your contact database, where all customer information is centralized.
- Click the gear icon and select Add New List View to create a segmented view based on your needs.
- Enter a descriptive name for your new contact list view.
- Click Save List View to confirm and store your custom view.
- Save filters as custom views for quick access to segmented contacts.
- Your contacts are now organized in Insightly using custom views for streamlined management.
