📌 Why this matters

Why This Matters

Printing slides as handouts transforms your presentation into a study guide or reference document that audiences can annotate and keep. The handout format maximizes paper efficiency while maintaining readability, making it ideal for workshops, training sessions, or meetings where participants need to take notes alongside your content. Physical handouts also eliminate the distraction of devices during presentations and ensure your audience stays engaged with the material rather than trying to remember key points or scramble to take photos of important slides.
