Try this interactive demo to learn how to print your Google Slides on one page.
  1. In your Google Slides workspace, open the file you want to print.
  2. Go to File in the top toolbar.
  3. In the dropdown menu, click Print preview.
  4. Click 1 slide without notes just below the top toolbar.
  5. Select Handout (9 slides per page).
  6. Finalize your settings, then click Print below the toolbar, and you’re done!

📌 Why this matters

Printing multiple slides per page transforms your presentation into a scannable reference document that audiences can actually use. Instead of fumbling through dozens of individual pages during meetings or lectures, viewers get a bird's-eye view of your entire flow on just a few sheets. This format also reveals gaps in your narrative structure that aren't obvious when clicking through slides one by one, helping you spot transitions that don't quite work or sections that feel disconnected from your main argument.
