Walk through this interactive demo to learn how to print slides on Google Slides.
  1. Go to File in the upper-left corner of the toolbar.
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Print.
  3. Select Print using system dialog… for more printing options.
  4. Choose your printer, review your slides, then click Print if everything looks good.

📌 Why this matters

Printing slides transforms your digital presentation into a tangible reference that audiences can annotate, follow along with, and take home. Physical handouts reduce screen fatigue during long presentations and ensure your content remains accessible even when technology fails. You can also use printed slides for rehearsal purposes, spreading them out to visualize your presentation flow and timing. Having control over print settings lets you optimize layouts for handouts versus speaker notes, making your presentation more professional and accommodating different learning preferences in your audience.
