Rescheduling a Calendly meeting takes just a few clicks from your Scheduled Events dashboard — find the event, click Reschedule, pick a new time, and confirm. Calendly automatically notifies the invitee of the updated meeting time so no manual follow-up is needed.
Steps
- On your dashboard, find the Scheduled Events section.
- Locate the event you want to reschedule in the list of upcoming events.
- Click on the event to open the event details.
- Click the Reschedule button.
- Review the available time slots and select a new date and time.
- Choose your preferred date from the calendar.
- Choose your preferred time and click Next.
- Optionally, enter a reason for rescheduling the meeting.
- Confirm the change by clicking Update event.
- Calendly will automatically send a notification to the invitee with the rescheduled meeting details.
