Use this interactive demo to learn how to find and add effective hashtags to your Buffer posts.

Quick summary

This tutorial shows how to use TagsFinder to research hashtags by topic and target country, then copy and paste the best results directly into a Buffer post. The process takes just a few steps and helps social media managers improve reach without manual hashtag guesswork.

Steps

  1. On the TagsFinder main dashboard, click the Hashtag input field and type several hashtags related to your post — be as specific as possible for the best results.
  2. Click the drop-down menu and select the target country where your audience is most likely located.
  3. Use the toggle buttons next to unwanted words to narrow down hashtag suggestions and remove irrelevant results.
  4. Click the Search button to generate your hashtag recommendations.
  5. Review all recommended hashtags in the results list; tap the X button next to any hashtag you want to save or remove from the set.
  6. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy your selected hashtags.
  7. Return to Buffer's Create Post panel and paste the hashtags into the text field below your caption.
  8. Your TagsFinder hashtags are now added to your Buffer post, ready to boost your content's discoverability.

📌 Why this matters

Choosing the right hashtags is one of the most impactful ways to increase organic reach on social media, yet most creators rely on guesswork. TagsFinder solves this by generating data-backed, country-specific hashtag recommendations tailored to your content topic in seconds. When paired with Buffer's scheduling workflow, this process lets social media managers move from hashtag research to published post without switching context or losing momentum. The result is more targeted visibility, better audience alignment, and a repeatable process for every post.
