Steps
- Go to your Messages and click the Schedule a meeting button.
- Select your desired meeting length.
- Optionally, click Edit availability to update your available times.
- Select your preferred time zone.
- Set your opening hours to define when you are available.
- Click Save & exit to confirm your availability settings.
- Once your meeting length is selected, click Send — the other party will receive a notification and can choose their preferred time.
