LinkedIn does not have a dedicated resume upload search, but recruiters can search for people by name or keyword and use the People filter to find profiles that function as public resumes. Each LinkedIn profile displays work history, skills, and education, giving hiring teams the candidate information they need without a separate resume file.
Steps
- Go to the search bar in the top menu of your LinkedIn dashboard and press Enter to run your search.
- Click the People tab filter to narrow results to individual LinkedIn members.
- Select a LinkedIn member from the results list to visit their profile.
- Scroll through the member's profile page and review their work history, skills, and education, which functions as a resume.
