How to see Ignored Connection Requests on LinkedIn

Follow this interactive demo to learn how to see ignored connection requests on LinkedIn.
  1. From the top menu of your dashboard, click ‘My Network’.
  2. In the ‘Invites Received’ section, click ‘Show all’ in the top-right corner.
  3. Move to 'Sent'.
  4. Here, you’ll see all the members you’ve invited. If someone isn’t listed or your invite is long overdue, there’s a high chance your request was ignored.

📌 Why this matters

Tracking ignored connection requests helps you identify when your outreach isn't landing and adjust your networking strategy accordingly. You can spot patterns in who's not responding and refine your approach for better results. Beyond the immediate feedback, this reveals your networking blind spots. When connection requests go unanswered, it often signals you're reaching too far outside your professional circle or your profile needs strengthening before targeting certain contacts. This data helps you build more strategic relationships instead of casting a wide, ineffective net.
