How to See Recent Connections on LinkedIn

Try this guided demo to learn how to see recent connections on LinkedIn.
  1. To see recent connections on LinkedIn, click the ‘My Network’ menu in the top menu of your dashboard.
  2. Under the Network Overview section, click ‘My connections’ to view all your connections.
  3. In ‘Sort by’, choose ‘Recently added’ to view your newest connections first.

📌 Why this matters

Viewing your recent connections lets you immediately follow up with new contacts while the interaction is still fresh in their memory. You can send personalized thank-you messages, share relevant resources, or schedule meetings before momentum fades. Beyond basic networking, this becomes your relationship maintenance system. New connections often introduce opportunities through their own networks within weeks of connecting, but only if you nurture the relationship quickly. Those who engage with fresh connections within 48 hours see significantly higher response rates and meaningful business outcomes.
