Quick summary

GetResponse lets you send email newsletters directly from the dashboard by walking through a guided setup that covers naming, list selection, sender details, subject line, recipients, and message design. Once your email is built using a template, you can send it immediately or schedule it for a later time.

Steps

  1. Click the Create Newsletter button in the Quick Actions menu on the dashboard.
  2. Enter an internal name for your email to identify it in your account.
  3. Select your linked list to associate the newsletter with the correct contact list.
  4. Choose the From and Reply-to email addresses for your campaign.
  5. Enter the subject line for your email.
  6. Click Add recipients to specify who will receive the message.
  7. Click Design message to open the email builder and start creating your content.
  8. Choose a template and click Use template to open it in the message editor.
  9. Customize your email by adding text, images, buttons, and other elements using the block editor.
  10. When satisfied with the design, click Next to proceed to sending options.
  11. Choose to Send immediately or Schedule for later depending on your preferred send time.
  12. Click Send message to deliver the campaign or Save as draft to finish it later.
  13. Your email campaign is now created and sent successfully in GetResponse.
