Sending a mass email in Salesforce lets you reach multiple contacts or leads at once directly from your CRM. Use the Send List Email feature to filter, select, and email your entire contact list in just a few steps.
Steps
- Go to the Contacts or Leads tab in Salesforce.
- Click the Views dropdown menu and select All Contacts.
- Define your filtering criteria and save the list view.
- Select the contacts you will be sending the email to.
- Click the Send List Email button.
- Compose and send your email to the selected contacts.
