Steps
- Go to the Design tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
- Click Background to open the Format Background panel.
- Click Insert Picture and choose either This Device or Stock Images as your image source.
- Choose your image from the file picker or stock library.
- Click Insert to apply the selected image as the slide background.
- Click Apply to All if you want the background image applied to every slide in your presentation.
