This demo walks you through how to set dashboard permissions for a specific user in Amplitude using the built-in Share menu. In just a few clicks, you can control exactly what level of access each team member has on any dashboard.
Steps
- Open the Dashboard Editor in Amplitude, then click the Share button in the top-right corner.
- Find the specific user whose permission needs to be adjusted.
- Click the Access menu next to that user's name.
- Choose the specific permission level you want to assign to the user.
- Confirm the change — the dashboard permission for the selected user will be updated immediately.
