Setting up a Toggl project lets you organize time tracking by client, team, or workstream in one place. This walkthrough covers every step from naming your project to configuring privacy settings, inviting members, and setting advanced options.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Projects.
- Click the New Project button in the top-right corner.
- Enter a unique project name into the input field.
- Set your preferred project access by toggling the private option on or off.
- For private projects, use the Invite Members and Access menus to add team members and assign permissions.
- Click Advanced Options to specify the client, timeframe, and time estimate.
- Click Create Project to save and finalize your new project.
- Your new Toggl project is now created and ready to use based on your configuration.
