Try this guided demo to learn how to set up breakout rooms in Webex before a meeting.
  1. Launch the WebEx app.
  2. In the left-side pane, click Meetings.
  3. Click Schedule a meeting.
  4. Enter your meeting details and add your invitees, then click Advanced settings.
  5. Click on Scheduling options, then check Enable breakout sessions.
  6. Click Preassign breakout sessions.
  7. Choose how many breakout sessions you want and how participants will be assigned.
  8. Click Create.
  9. Go back to the meeting info and finish scheduling your meeting.
  10. Click Schedule after finishing your meeting details.
