Steps

  1. Click on the gear icon in the main navigation bar to open Settings.

  5. Add criteria to Positive and Negative attributes to specify point addition or reduction for the overall lead score.
  6. Assign scores to each criterion you have added.
  7. Click Save to apply your lead scoring configuration.
