Super Chat lets YouTube creators monetize live streams by allowing viewers to pay to highlight their messages. Set it up once in YouTube Studio and it activates automatically for all future live streams.
Steps
- Go to studio.youtube.com and click Earn in the left sidebar.
- Open the Supers tab, locate the Super Chat, Super Stickers, Super Thanks module, and click Get Started.
- Review and accept the Super Chat terms of service by clicking the checkbox, then click Accept to confirm.
- Once enabled, the module shows as active — Super Chat is automatically available in all future live streams with no per-stream setup required.
