You can share a Claude chat by using your browser's Print to PDF function or by copying the conversation text directly. Both methods let you export and send Claude conversations without any native share button.
Steps
- Select all text in the Claude conversation by using your mouse or pressing Ctrl + A (Cmd + A on Mac).
- Right-click the page and choose "Print", or press Ctrl + P (Cmd + P on Mac) to open the print dialog.
- In the print settings, set the Destination to "Save as PDF" to prepare the file for export.
- Click "Save" to download the conversation as a PDF file.
- Alternatively, click "Copy" and paste the content into an email, document, or messaging app to send it to your intended recipient.
