Sharing a Notion page lets you collaborate with teammates by sending direct invitations or generating a shareable link with custom permissions. Both methods give you control over who can view or edit your content without leaving the Notion interface.
Steps
- Click the Share button in the top right menu of your Notion page.
- Open the Share tab within the sharing panel.
- In the Share window, enter the name of a group or an email address to share the page with.
- Click Invite to send the invitation to the selected people.
- Confirm that your page is now shared by reviewing the list of people shown below the invite field.
- Set permissions for a unique sharing link by clicking the bottom left button to edit link access settings.
- Click the Copy link button to copy the shareable link to your clipboard and distribute it.
