It is very easy to share the n8n workflow with the users who have access to your workspace. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:
- On n8n's main dashboard, find the workflow you want to share and click the 'More Options' button next to it.
- After that, select 'Share' from the list of options.
- Tap the 'Add Users' menu to proceed.
- Subsequently, select the user with whom you wish to share the selected workflow.
- You can set the role and access of the newly added user based on your preference. Simply click the drop-down menu next to their profile and choose one from the available options.
- Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
- Finally, the selected n8n workflow will be shared with another user.
