Screen sharing in Zoom lets you present your desktop, app, or window to all meeting participants in real time. To share your screen, start a meeting, connect your audio, and use the Share Screen button in the bottom toolbar to select and broadcast your content.
Steps
- On Zoom's main dashboard, click New Meeting to start the video conference.
- Click Join Audio By Computer to connect your audio to the meeting.
- Access the menu bar at the bottom of the dashboard and click Share Screen.
- Choose the screen or window you want to share.
- Click the Share button to begin broadcasting your screen to participants.
- Once finished, click Stop Share to end the screen sharing session.
