Try this interactive demo to learn how to start using the n8n’s instance-level MCP.

On n8n's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
Choose 'Instance-Level MCP' from the list of options.
After that, click 'Enable MCP Access' to continue.
Subsequently, click 'Enable Workflows'.
Browse the list, then select the workflow you want to use.
Tap 'Enable' afterwards to apply the changes.
Finally, the Instance-Level MCP connection will be enabled in your n8n workflow. Tap the 'Connection Details' button in the top-right corner to authenticate n8n with MCP servers.
