Quick summary
Zoom's built-in Attendance Taker app lets hosts track participant attendance in real time without any third-party tools. By accessing it through the Apps menu during a meeting, you can instantly record who is present using the One-Time Attendance feature.
Steps
- On Zoom's main dashboard, click New Meeting to get started.
- Go to the menu bar and click Apps.
- Select Attendance Taker from the list of options under My Apps.
- Navigate to the One-Time Attendance tab.
- Tap the Take Attendance Now button to start recording participant attendance.
