Amplitude's Journey Map feature lets product and analytics teams track user journeys across key events in a visual, filterable chart. By combining the Journeys tab, Journey Map view, and filters like Filter Events and Date Range, teams can quickly identify where users drop off or convert.
Steps
- Open Amplitude's Chart Editor, go to the left-side panel, and click the Journeys tab.
- Navigate to the preview area and click Journey Map to switch to the journey visualization view.
- Review the user journey data now displayed, then configure Filter Events, Group Events, and Date Range to refine the analysis to your needs.
