Steps
- Download and open the Opera browser from opera.com if you do not already have it installed.
- Open a private tab and click the VPN badge on the left side of the address bar to enable the built-in VPN.
- Confirm the VPN is active by checking for the blue VPN label that appears in the address bar.
- Open a new tab and navigate to youtube.com; YouTube will load as if you are browsing from the selected region.
- Navigate to the content you want to watch — previously region-restricted videos should now be accessible.
- To watch while logged in, click Sign in on the YouTube homepage; your account data and history will sync normally while the VPN remains active.
