Chatsimple lets you create a no-code AI sales agent for your website by entering your URL, customizing the agent's appearance, setting business goals, and activating it in minutes. The agent qualifies leads, answers visitor questions, and routes prospects to your sales team automatically.
Steps
- Enter your website URL and click Fetch Links to let Chatsimple pull your site content.
- Set your color theme to match your brand colors, then click Create to generate your AI agent.
- Preview the AI agent as it will appear on your website using the live preview on the right.
- Customize your AI agent's appearance using the settings panel on the left.
- Add suggested questions to help visitors decide what to ask the agent.
- Configure CTA button text — for example, set "Talk to Sales" and link it to your sales team's calendar.
- Open Business Goals from the left sidebar to define your agent's objectives.
- Set clear objectives for your AI agent, such as booking meetings or driving product purchases.
- Use if-then conditions to trigger actions — for example, prompt a meeting request when a visitor shows interest in a specific product.
- Navigate to Qualify Leads to create questions that collect key customer information like budget or product preferences.
- Click Activate to save and publish your AI sales agent.
- Click the generated link to view your live AI sales agent on your website.
- Test the deployed agent by interacting with it — select suggested questions or type your own in the chat field.
- Review how the AI agent delivers answers and surfaces relevant next steps for your visitors.
