Steps
- Click Drag Board on the left sidebar and select the WhatsApp channel.
- Review prerequisites and click "Let's get started" to begin the setup wizard.
- Log in to your Meta Business Account or continue with an existing session.
- Review and accept permissions for the WhatsApp–Drag integration.
- Enter your business information in the required fields.
- Choose an existing WhatsApp Business account or create a new one.
- If creating a new account, fill in the required business details.
- Enter and verify your phone number for the WhatsApp board.
- Click Finish to complete the WhatsApp channel setup.
- Click Board options to configure advanced settings for your new inbox.
