Smartsheet's Share feature lets you invite team members to a workspace directly from Grid View, with full control over each user's permission level. Once shared, your team can use Smartsheet to distribute tasks, communicate, and collaborate in real time.
Steps
- In Smartsheet's Grid View, click the Share button in the top-right corner.
- Select Workspace to grant access to everything in the workspace.
- Type the name or email address of the user you want to add and select their profile from the suggested results.
- Click the permission menu and choose the appropriate access level for that user.
- Repeat the steps for any additional users, then click Share to confirm.
- The new team member is now added to your Smartsheet workspace, ready to collaborate, communicate, and manage tasks.
