How to Wrap the Text in PowerPoint Text Box

Wrapping text in a PowerPoint text box keeps your slide content neatly contained within a shape boundary. You can enable this in seconds using the Format Pane and the Wrap Text in Shape option under Text Options.

Steps

1. Select the text box on your PowerPoint slide canvas that contains the text you want to wrap.
2. Go to the top menu bar and click Shape Format.
3. Click the Format Pane option in the ribbon to open the right-hand panel.
4. In the right-hand panel, click the Text Options tab.
5. Click Text Box to expand the text box settings.
6. Under the Text Box section, find Wrap Text in Shape and tick the checkbox beside it.
7. Your PowerPoint text box text will now be wrapped within the shape boundary.
