Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start building your automation.
- Click "Trigger" to begin configuring the first step of your Zap.
- Search for and select Calendly as the trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event such as "Invitee Created" or "Event Scheduled," then connect your Calendly account to Zapier.
- Select the Webhook subscription scope for the Calendly trigger.
- Run a test to confirm Zapier detects new event registrations from Calendly.
- Add Mailchimp as the Action App in your Zap.
- Select an action event such as "Add/Update Subscriber," then connect your Mailchimp account to Zapier.
- Map Calendly invitee fields (e.g., name, email) to the appropriate Mailchimp list fields.
- Run a final test to confirm event registrants are added to your Mailchimp audience, then click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
